kekariya applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in accordance with responsible gaming and fraud-prevention best practices. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed: a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driver's licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include — but are not limited to — creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, using automated software to satisfy wagering requirements, placing opposing bets to hedge bonus wagers with minimal risk, and any other strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay intent. If kekariya determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, all associated bonuses and winnings will be voided and the account may be permanently closed.

Where an account is closed by kekariya due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no fraud or breach occurred, the verified real-money balance will be returned to the player. Winnings generated through fraudulent means will always be forfeited.
All content on the kekariya Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, game interfaces, and the overall design and compilation of the Platform — is the intellectual property of kekariya or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not include any right to download, copy, reproduce, republish, modify, reverse-engineer, sell, or distribute any part of the Platform's content or software. Any unauthorised use of kekariya's intellectual property will result in immediate account closure and may give rise to legal proceedings.

This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.
kekariya does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any information published on the Platform. You access and use the Platform entirely at your own risk.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
kekariya's maximum aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims arising out of your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your kekariya account in the 30 days immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.
kekariya reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When we make material changes — meaning changes that affect your rights or obligations in a significant way — we will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to your registered address and via an in-platform notification. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. kekariya strives to resolve all player disputes fairly, promptly, and transparently.

All disputes relating to the settlement of bets must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event or game outcome. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered. When assessing bet disputes, kekariya's own records — including server logs, bet history, and game provider records — shall be the primary source of evidence.
